So your World Sport Day plans are underway...but how are you going to decorate your celebration? Your school can request a World Sport Day event pack which contains branded posters and stickers to help make your school look fantastic. The event pack will be sent to your school in May in plenty of time to decorate your school.
Do you want even more free goodies in your event pack? Members of the Get Set network will receive a special bumper edition pack containing an inflatable globe, giant banner, colourful bunting and even more. You can use your engagement in World Sport Day in your Get Set network application form, along with any other work you’re doing on London 2012 and the Olympic and Paralympic Values.

London 2012 World Sport Day is part of National School Sport Week 2012.
Make sure you make the most of this final celebration before the Games begin by registering with National School Sport Week too. By doing this your school will receive lots of additional resources and activity ideas to help you stage your own games and have the chance to be right at the heart of the Olympic Torch Relay.

In Scotland, World Sport Day will take place after Bank of Scotland National School Sport Week. This will be an opportunity for schools to host one final Olympic and Paralympic-themed celebration before the summer holidays and celebrate the world’s arrival in the UK for the London 2012 Games.
