New resources on SmallSteps4Life!
2 Feb 2010
Today, SmallSteps4Life launched new resources for teachers and young people, to get them started on their SmallSteps4Life challenges!
This exciting new initiative aims to support young people to improve their health and wellbeing by setting themselves achievable challenges to get active, eat well and feel good. Students can take on challenges individually, with their friends, or as a class.
If you need a bit of inspiration, you’ll find a motivational special message from double Olympic gold medallist and London 2012 Sustainability Ambassador, James Cracknell on the SmallSteps4Life website!
SmallSteps4Life is part of the healthy and active lifestyles strand of Get Set and it’s another great way to live the Olympic Values of friendship, excellence and respect and the Paralympic Values of courage, determination, equality and inspiration in your school!
