With just a couple of weeks to go, there's no time to waste in submitting your entry for EDF Energy's Awards for Greener Schools.
£5000 up for grabs for UK's greenest school

The Awards, which will be decided in June 2009, celebrate teachers, pupils and schools who have made significant change to their energy and water use and have inspired others to follow their example.
Six national Award winners will each receive £5000 to help their school realise their sustainability ambitions, with £1000 for 12 runners up. Each of the lucky winners will then be presented with their prize by a member of the judging panel.
There are three categories open for entry, with one winner at Key Stage 2 (ages 7-11) and one winner at Key Stage 3 (ages 11-14) within each category:
- Inspirational school
- Inspirational pupil, team or class
- Inspirational teacher
