World Champion and double Olympian Beth Tweddle took time to talk to pupils from Forefield Junior school yesterday afternoon.
She showed the children her collection of medals and told them all about her experiences as an elite gymnast competing at the Beijing Olympic Games this August.
Beth also teamed up with young gymnastics hopefuls from the school to demonstrate some skills.
Forefield Junior School were awarded an athlete visit by the London 2012 education team when they submitted their inspirational Paralympic Handover plans in June.
