Look at the map on an interactive whiteboard or download copies for everyone to work with. Make a collection of photos about the Venues and annotate the map with a picture of the venue. Finally design a key showing the sports and events that will take place at each venue.

Outcomes

  • Make an annotated wall display of London 2012 venues
  • Work in small groups to make a powerpoint or other multimedia presentation which gives an overview of the Olympic Park.

Extension

  • Include three key facts about the construction of each of the venues.
