Get creative with Wenlock!
How do you think Wenlock, the London 2012 Olympic mascot, is getting involved in the Torch Relay? Below are three ideas, maybe you can think of some more.
- Wenlock’s eye is a camera, it can record all the exciting things that Wenlock can see. Draw a picture of Wenlock as a spectator in the crowd when the Torch Relay comes to town. Draw a picture of what you think Wenlock can see as a spectator in the crowd when the Torch Relay comes to town. Can Wenlock see people waving flags or the Torchbearer carrying the Torch?
- Pretend you are Wenlock in a role-play drama. Wenlock has been chosen to carry the Flame so think how this would feel, as Wenlock proudly holds the Flame high.
- Design a T-shirt or running vest that Wenlock could wear in the Olympic Torch Relay.
