Prepare for an interview

Prepare for an interview

Small group of students coming up with ideas during a workship

Preparation and performance are vital to those athletes seeking success at London 2012. But these two Ps are also relevant to many other situations in life as well. Take interviews for example, miss out on just one of these Ps and you are likely to miss out completely.

Whatever route students intend to pursue after age 16, it is likely to involve an interview, either for work or for higher education. That’s why 2012 interview preparation and performance provides exercises that help students achieve their very best, encouraging them to display many of the Values promoted by the Olympic and Paralympic Movement, such as excellence, determination and inspiration.

So Get Set with your interview preparation and performance exercise sheet. It includes:

  • 2012 Preparation: 20 questions you may be asked at interview; and 12 mistakes to avoid when answering them
  • 2012 Performance: the 20 minute 12 second mock interview
