The Balloons Project is a colourful creative, visual and performing arts project inspired by the three Olympic and four Paralympic Values. The project is run by students and graduates from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA). The aim is to communicates the values of the Games through the arts and particularly through the power of song.
