Our new ‘Counting down to the Games’ resource is designed for use by Young Leaders in the UK involved with International Inspiration activities.
This new resource is designed to encourage your Young Leaders to strengthen the links between their International Inspiration (II) work and the Olympic and Paralympic Values. We know that lots of schools involved with the II programme in the UK have already developed some very creative and interesting ways of linking their International Inspiration work to their wider work on the London 2012 Games and the Values.
However, we hope that whatever stage you’re at in making this link, you will find some of the enclosed content useful. You might be interested in using the resource to help to raise awareness of the Olympic and Paralympic Values in other schools in your area or to come up with ways to celebrate London2012 World Sport Day on Monday 25 June with your II link school (who will receive a copy of this resource).
