London 2012 and Enterprise Education
The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games are the inspiration for all our projects. We’re passionate about young people being part of the greatest enterprise on the planet. Yet, Get enterprising takes young people beyond the world of PE and sport itself and helps them to develop their own enterprise skills, and a ‘can do’ attitude.
All Get enterprising projects and resources are built around the three Olympic Values: friendship, excellence and respect and the four Paralympic Values: courage, equality, determination and inspiration, which link perfectly to work-related learning and enterprise capability.
We aim to build a lasting enterprise education legacy by helping young people to get in touch with their creativity, flair for business, curiosity about the world of work, and their ability to take the lead and to believe in themselves.
